Ticklish

Kara Jane is rather ticklish, but the sound she makes when she is being tickled is a cross between a laugh and a cry.

We were playing upstairs tonight, and Levi saw the camera. He requested to have his picture taken with Kara Jane. Here is his pose.

Eating

Today was only the second or third time I had ever given Kara Jane puffs - and she's already figured something out.


Levi was also determined to have a couple of puffs. You can also see in this picture how quickly his hair has grown in just a week!


Today is also Valentine's Day. Levi and Kara got the sweetest cards from their grandparents. Levi got a dollar from each set, too. What a treat!

I came home to a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Levi and Kara Jane - and our wonderful caretaker. I also got an update for my digital frame. There was a letter in the mail for me and Kevin. It was a list of Levi's favorites that he dictated to his teacher. For now, I'll just type the letter:

I Tried

I have been looking for ways to streamline the budget, and I thought I would try to cut Levi's hair. My first attempt was not great, but definitely not too bad...



I really like his hair long on top, so I just tried to trim in the back and on the sides.
