Shopping

Khaki and Q took Levi, Kara Jane, and Liza for the night.  Mama and Daddy went on a date to a movie (Oz the Great and Powerful), and Mama caught up on some much needed sleep.

Khaki bought Kara Jane a stroller.  When we got to Khaki and Q's we needed to run to Costco.  Kara went with us.  She chose to bring one of my old Cabbage Patch Kid dolls.  Kara Jane turned quite a few heads as we shopped.

Beautiful Blanket

Liza recently received a beautiful blanket that her great aunt Rose Marie made.  Kara Jane still uses her blanket that Aunt Rose Marie made, and I have used the one she made for Levi with Liza countless times - now that he's "too big" for a blanket.  :-)  Guess Liza gets to be the luckiest since she's getting to use two Rose Marie originals.  Isn't this amazing?

Today was Liza's first day of "school" with her brother and sister.  She did really well.  The note home today said that she had a great first day and that they love her already.  I hate not being at home with my precious kids, but I am blessed to have them at a "school" where the teachers love each of my kids individually and act like they're as wonderful as I think they are.

'Olding Baby

Kara Jane loves to 'old her baby sister.  Sometimes she tires of it quickly, particularly if her brother seems to be doing something neat.  She likes to hold her even more, though, if Levi acts like he wants to have a turn to hold the baby.

Three Months

Liza is three months old today.

She loves her brother and sister.  They're pretty crazy about her, too.

Not a Chance, Mama!

I don't think we'll ever get a picture with both of our older kids looking and smiling at the camera at the same time.

Spring Ball 2013

Kevin is coaching Levi's t-ball team this season. Kevin got to pick the team; although the Braves were already taken.  We picked the Texas Rangers.  They got my vote for a few reasons.  One reason was that when Levi was born, we watched the Home Run Derby and saw Josh Hamilton hit home run after home run after home run.  His story caught my attention, and I'd look for him and his team the next couple of seasons.

Today was opening day.

Complete with an opening day parade.
Thankfully one of the moms is creative and made a banner for the boys.

Levi got to pick his number.  Shockingly, he was the only kid who wanted to be #1.
As team mom, I got to get all the boys' hats stitched with their names.  Pretty cute, huh?

While we waited after the parade for Levi's game to start, we played on the playground.  KJ loves to swing, and Levi helped push her for a while.

Then he decided he'd like to swing, too.

Levi's first at bat for the season.

Chuck E. Cheese Party

A new Chuck E. Cheese opened near our house.  A little girl whose parents are in our small group had her birthday party there.  Levi and KJ had a blast!

Reveal Party

I cannot believe my baby sister is going to have a baby.  Tonight was her gender reveal party.

Kara Jane loved being with her CC who let her eat... and eat... and eat.  This girl can put away some food.  I think she'd finally had enough once she let Q hold her -

until she saw the cake.  ;-)

So, will Levi get his hopes for another boy cousin - or will Khaki and Q end up with three girls under the age of two years and two months?

Girls RULE!!  So excited for Audy, Gary, and the boys!

KJ and Bows

Kara Jane loves to wear bows in her hair, particularly when she has visitors who will let her go "bow crazy".
