Two days late - Sorry! Look at that smile! Can you see her ONE top tooth? She actually has another one that has poked through on the top, but it's the one to the left of her tooth - not the other middle tooth! We most affectionately call her, "Snaggletooth", sometimes. Liza Roo is still crawling, but she is pulling herself to a standing position and starting to cruise around a little bit - all while holding onto things.
We all had Martin Luther King Day off, so we decided to meet another family at Oak Mountain State Park. The weather was really great for a hike.
This was Liza Roo's first hike. She did great in the Yoda pack.
Kara Jane wasn't too sure about the hiking experience.
Levi had a really good time.
He climbed all over.
While we were hiking, we decided we'd make badges for the kids (thank you Sofia the First's Buttercups). I couldn't snag a picture with Kara Jane wearing hers, but here are Levi's.
Kara Jane still loves to play shoe shop - that is, she likes to go into my closet and put on my shoes. She really likes to get my purse and tell me, "I'm Mama; you're Kara Jane." I'm pretty sure those were her exact words when I was taking this picture.
While I was cooking dinner (yes, she's still in her pajamas; it's called a "Pajama Day" - the kids LOVE it), Kara Jane wanted to "help". I guess I got distracted while I was making the (not so) Quick Manicotti...
Yes, Mary Kay lipstick - all over her and the lipstick tube. This girl IS girl, through and through.
