Liza is Seven Months

Yesterday, Liza Roo turned seven months old.  She is a joy.  She is (almost) always smiling.  She is perfecting her own version of a snake scoot.  She is a social baby - loves to be with people, especially her brother and sister.  She loves to watch everything that's going on around her.  

Levi's 5th Birthday Party

Several months ago, Levi decided he wanted a Wii party... at CC and Chris's house.  He wanted to play Wii with his cousins.  He requested a Wii remote cake that was "just his" and the other cake to look like a Wii game.

I think CC and Audy hit the mark - again!

Levi received some wonderful gifts from our family.

Happy 5th Birthday, Levi!

Levi requested cupcakes for his birthday breakfast.  So, I made blueberry muffins with cream cheese icing.  He was a happy camper.  

A little while later, he got to open his gift that Daddy picked for him - and was he ever excited!  Skull Rock from Jake and the Neverland Pirates.

I can't believe our little man is five - and will be going to kindergarten.  He is a truly a wonderful kid - a great big brother, polite, and kind - most of the time.

Not Tired

After we went through our night time ritual, Levi was determined that he was not ready for bed.  I had him sit in the glider with me while I read and fed Liza Roo her last bottle.  He didn't make it too long.

Happy Fourth of July! (2013)

Before we headed out to have some fun and fellowship with a few friends from our small group at church.  Kara Jane wore the pretty dress she got for her birthday from her Mama Rains.
